Tenant FAQs

Answers to your frequently asked questions

  • How do I pay rent?

Online through your tenant portal or at any PayNearMe location with the bar code provided by the office staff. We do not accept any payments in the office.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

You will need to notify your property manager and then apply through PetScreening.com. Once approved, a non-refundable pet fee will be charged ($350 for the first, $100 for the second) and monthly pet rent will be added ($30 for the first, +$10 for the second). You will also have to sign our pet addendum. If the pet is a support animal, you will have to provide documentation to Pet Screening. Should it be verified, you will not have to pay any fees or pet rent; however, all occupants and co-signers will have to sign an ESA addendum and you will remain responsible for any damages caused.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I am not renewing the lease. What do I do?

Please notify us as soon as you know you will not be renewing your lease. We will provide you with the non-renewal notice to sign. You shall vacate the property in accordance with the lease terms before 10:00 AM on the last day of the lease term and return the keys to the property manager. The property is to be left in a clean condition without damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

The landlord will pay for repairs needed due to normal wear and tear or a defective item. If the repair and maintenance is required because of Tenant damage, then the Tenant will be responsible for paying for the repair.
