  • Are you licensed?

    Yes, Spaces Realty, LLC d/b/a as Spaces Management and its Leasing Agents are licensed with Alabama Real Estate Commission. All property management companies and Leasing Agents are required to be licensed to manage and lease real estate in Alabama.
  • What type of properties do you manage?

    We are the leading management company for condo rentals in Tuscaloosa as we also manage most condominium associations in Tuscaloosa. Accordingly, we are the most knowledgeable team in Tuscaloosa when it comes to managing condo rentals. Additionally, we are a leader in managing Tuscaloosa Single Family Homes, Townhouses, Duplexes, Triplexes, and Apartments.
  • Can I reach you after hours?

    Yes, our main office phone number, 205-750-2260, is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week to handle any after hours emergencies. All other requests will be responded to on the following day.
  • Can you put the monthly rental income distribution directly into my account?

    Yes, we direct deposit all funds and provide you with a digital statement.
  • Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    We can provide you with a copy of the lease agreement upon request. You do not sign the lease as we handle the entire process for you.
  • Do you sell real estate too?

    Yes! All of our Leasing Agents are licensed Real Estate Agents and are experts in Tuscaloosa Condominiums and single family rental investment properties.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    Most leases are for 12 months, but can be shorter or longer depending on your approval.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?
